A+ Heating & Cooling and Refrigeration was formed in late 2008 after its founder, Kevin Radtke, has decided that there needs to be better customer service and satisfaction to my customers. Starting in the field 9 years ago and partnered in another HVAC business for the past 2yrs+, I have decided to part from that relationship to persue into my own venture to ensure that customer satisfaction to be met.
